Intimacy should be approached with the intention of pleasing Allah, fulfilling one’s spouse’s needs, and maintaining chastity.

Below is a detailed overview of the principles, manners, and boundaries of marital intimacy in Islam, backed by authentic references from the Quran and Sunnah. 1. Intimacy as a Right and an Act of Charity

: There are specific guidelines in Islam regarding health and hygiene before engaging in intimacy, emphasizing cleanliness.

Intimacy, or "biwi ko chodne ka tarika" as you mentioned, refers to the physical and emotional closeness between spouses. Islam views intimacy as a means to strengthen the bond between husband and wife, fostering love, and ensuring the continuation of the human race through lawful procreation.

Before beginning, it is a Sunnah to recite the following supplication to seek protection from Shaytan for yourself and any potential offspring:

"Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna al-shaytan wa jannib al-shaytan ma razqtana"

Husbands and wives are granted immense freedom to explore various physical positions during intimacy, provided the act is natural and consensual. :

Islam strictly discourages treating intimacy as a mechanical act solely for the husband's gratification. Foreplay, kissing, and loving words are highly recommended to ensure the wife is emotionally and physically prepared.

Hadees mein hai, "Tum mein se behtareen woh hai jo apni biwi ke liye behtareen ho." (Tirmidhi)

Note: Spouses are permitted to cuddle, kiss, and enjoy each other's bodies above the navel and below the knees during this period, as long as actual intercourse is avoided. 4. The Importance of Foreplay and Mutual Satisfaction

The Prophet (PBUH) encouraged "messengers" (kisses and kind words) before intercourse. 3. Permissible Positions and Actions

Islam mein biwi ko chodne ka tarika aur iska adab bahut hi spasht aur detailed hai. Yeh dono ke liye ek aisa rishta hai jisme dono partners ko ek dusre ke prati samajh, pyaar, aur respect dikhane ki zaroorat hoti hai. "Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna al-shaytan wa jannib al-shaytan ma razqtana." (In the name of Allah. O Allah, keep the Shaytan away from us and keep the Shaytan away from what You provide for us.)

Islam discourages approaching one's wife abruptly. It is highly recommended to engage in "messengers" (kind words, kissing, and playfulness) to ensure the wife is emotionally and physically prepared.

In Islam, maintaining a healthy work-life balance and engaging in activities that bring joy and relaxation are encouraged.
