Each user gets their own cursor and can simultaneously work on the same Windows desktop. Configure each individual pointer device (acceleration, cursor theme, wheel and button behaviour etc) independently. Collaboration was never so easy!

Multi-user Remote Desktop
Major updates to MouseMux! We now support RustDesk for multi-user remote desktop collaboration. This BETA includes new collaborative apps (Multi Paint, Team Vote, Whiteboard), smarter keyboard remapping, performance optimizations with cursor caching and high-DPI mouse support, a new Web SDK, and many bug fixes. As this is a beta release, you may encounter small inconsistencies. Your feedback is highly appreciated!
Our goal is to make working together as intuitive and simple as possible. Just add some extra pointer devices (mice, pens, touchpads) and (optional) keyboards and MouseMux will transform your PC into a realtime multi-user system. Each user can work in their own document, annotate on the screen, drag or resize windows or interact with different programs - all at the same time on the same windows desktop. Simple annotations allow each user to highlight parts of the screen. Concurrently interacting with different apps on the same desktop creates new and interesting ways to work together; collaborate by taking over certain actions, type together, draw together - all at the same time without interfering others.
Use it for pair programming, collaborative designing, in the class or meeting room (so all can interact and have a presence on the screen). Join forces on editing documents, or in the control room so each operator can see where the others are.
Use it to customize your mouse (or pen, touch or tablet) interaction; custom acceleration, assigned buttons, themes or wheel behavior - for each individual pointer device. Let any pointer device act as any other (mouse, pen, touch, etc). Record macro's and play them back to automate tasks, even in a multi cursor scenario. Having a cursor for each mouse means you can quickly interact with individual applications because cursors can be localized or dedicated to one program - the restriction of moving one cursor all over the screen and refocusing on a specific application is lifted. The screen's realastate becomes much more manageable.
In Industrial processes including manufacturing, process control, power generation, fabrication, and refining, and facility processes, including buildings, airports, ships, and space stations where multiple operators work in SCADA like situations safe multiuser operation is vital. MouseMux can manage individual users and can store historical data of any interaction. Assigning a supervisor and overriding actions by other operators is now possible - SCADA programs can integrate with our SDK so true simultaneous interaction becomes possible.
Romance often blossoms in relatable modern settings—university MSAs (Muslim Student Associations), professional networking events, or even via "Muzmatch/Salams" success stories. Key Elements for Authentic Narratives
The shift in romantic storylines is directly driven by Muslim creators who are writing their own narratives. The publishing world, in particular, has seen a boom in Young Adult (YA) and contemporary romance novels featuring authentic Muslim protagonists.
The demand for these stories has led to a boom in literature and screenwriting. Books like Love from A to Z by S.K. Ali or The Henna Wars by Adiba Jaigirdar showcase vibrant, multifaceted Muslim protagonists [2]. In media, characters like Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) or various independent film protagonists provide relatable examples of navigating teenage crush culture while honoring their identity. 5. The Importance of Authentic Voices
The "Meet-Cute" has also been reimagined. It might happen at a university MSA (Muslim Students Association) meeting, during a late-night study session at a diner, or through a community service project. These scenarios allow characters to bond over shared goals and spiritual growth. The romantic tension is built on intellectual compatibility and mutual respect, showing that for many Muslim girls, a partner is someone who helps them become a better version of themselves. Hani and Ishu’s Guide to Fake Dating by Adiba Jaigirdar (while featuring a Bengali Muslim protagonist who is bisexual) explores how a girl can hold her queerness and her desi Muslim identity simultaneously. The romance is fluffy, sweet, and trope-heavy (fake dating, only one bed), but the undercurrent is radical: a Muslim girl can exist in a same-sex relationship and still love her family, her culture, and her God, even if that creates cognitive dissonance.

Many narratives focus on "halal" (permissible) ways of navigating attraction. This often involves building a connection based on respect, shared values, and friendship, frequently with the intention of marriage rather than casual dating [3].
Today, a cultural shift is underway. Across contemporary literature, television, and digital media, creators are rewriting the script. Modern romantic storylines involving Muslim girls are diverse, nuanced, and deeply authentic, reflecting the lived realities of millions of women worldwide. The Evolution of the Narrative
As the media landscape continues to evolve, it's essential that Muslim women are involved in the creative process, ensuring that their stories are told accurately and authentically. With increased representation and diverse storytelling, we can expect to see more nuanced and multifaceted portrayals of Muslim girl relationships and romantic storylines in the future. One of the most compelling aspects of modern Muslim girl romantic storylines is the exploration of the "Halal-Haram" spectrum. In Islam, traditional dating is discouraged; instead, the focus is on courtship with the intention of marriage. However, the global Muslim diaspora is not a monolith, and young women navigate this boundary in vastly different ways.
