Registration names are strictly case-sensitive and must include any special characters or spaces exactly as printed in your receipt email.
Do not panic. As mentioned above, the u-he My Licenses page is your safety net. Simply enter the email address you used when you purchased Diva. The system will automatically resend all your license information, including serial numbers and download links, to that email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it shortly. Unlike many modern plugins that use iLok or cloud-based licensing, U-he uses a traditional offline-capable serial number system. When you enter your serial number into the Diva plugin on your Mac, it generates a unique response code which you then register on the U-he website to unlock the synth.
